Leaving Maine when she was twenty-one she traveled and lived in much of the United States. After several abusive relationships, she finally met her angel, David.

Phyllis left school at an early age but returned to get her high school diploma in 2002. She then went on to attend Mitchell Community College.

While in college she starting writing her book, LIVING NIGHTMARES of ABUSE. In 2004, She graduated with an Office System Technology certificate and completed her book.

She enjoyed playing with her two dogs, caring for her fruit trees. Phyllis is currently writing her second book, a fiction fantasy.

As a teen I liked writing short stories, drawing and painting. When I was sixteen I was offered a scholarship to go to art school. I was thrilled at the chance to go to college. I gave up that chance because my life was so unsteady. I now write and enjoy some of the things that I missed out on in my early life. It is never to late to pick up the pieces and start again.
